The staff are kind. Everyone does their best to. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices! I really enjoyed the superb location.
I found a slightly noisy drilling in the morning around 9:00 AM. It lasted until noon checkout time.

the room was clean when i arrived, that was nice. breakfast was good, it fuelled me up for long days. the location is central, a big plus for seeing the main sights.
the bar was poorly stocked, i wanted a specific drink and they did not have it. the hotel kept forgetting to replenish our coffee capsules. the rooms were far apart. it was easy to get lost.

the staff was super nice. i received a spacious suite, it reminded me of my own apartment. the reception and cleaning teams were attentive. the breakfast had a lovely assortment of fruits.. fresh juices, homemade preserves and warm bread.
the location was noisy with sirens and activity outside.

we got upgraded upon arrival and it was amazing! i needed an extra night, unexpectedly, and we got the same fantastic room! super nice team and really nice. honestly, i was so pleased with the whole experience! the staff were very good too.
The shower setup wasn't my favorite. I basically had to stand in a narrow bathtub! it wasn't a huge deal, but it could be better.

the staff were cute, friendly and very professional, which i greatly appreciated. they were also very accommodating and quickly addressed any questions we had. their helpful attitude really enhanced our stay. i loved it!
